REVIT
At UB, I took two Revit classes, Revit I and Revit II.
Revit I was an introduction class to Revit, where I learned the basic skills of the program. The first assignment in Revit I was a residential home, and our last assignment in Revit II was a commercial building. I've learned to: make a floor plan, put in floors, walls & ceilings, insert different families such as furniture and hardware, make a roof, make renderings, and so much more.
Prior to knowing Revit, I used to make floor plans in AutoCAD, build the 3D model in SketchUp, then render it in Podium or KeyShot. With Revit, I am able to do all those 3 features in just one program. I'm glad I got to learn it at school and can see myself gaining more knowledge about it and using it a lot in my future.
